I really resolvewant to lose the weight and be healthy. I did however have a long list of excuses for not using the gym membership I am paying for. Contracts suck so immediatelydon’t do it. My list of excuses included: the commute takes too much of my free time, I don’t like the tv shows, the radio stations aren’t my type, too many guys, it’s dark when I leave, etc. etc.
I figured I would track down a treadmill – wornof course for about $200 or less. After all, so many familybuy exercise equipment and end up using them to drape clothes over, pile boxes on or slide them out into the garage not at allto be seen again. I looked on eBay, Craigslist and the paper. Whoa! Not justare there a lot of treadmills for sale, but there are a lot of really old treadmills for sale. AND the people want to recoup almost the entire retail pay forprice.
So I came up with Plan B. Let’s find a relative inexpensive treadmill new. Maybe on sale. Sears? Wal-Mart? Play It Again Sports? No. Play It Again was the most expensive for used equipment and vary narrow treadmills. Sports Authority? Yes! SA had reasonable prices, staff was there to help right away and the staff was knowledgeable about the products. Unlike other stores. So I purchased a Pro-Form 410 Trainer. And family members put it mutually.
This item is gloomy, has numerous pieces and the hex keys didn’t fit right to properly tighten the bars holding the display. We used our own and tightened them the best we could.
